Eure Bestellungen werden von unserem Partner Mosaik-Werkstätten für Behinderte gGmbH liebevoll gepackt und aus dem Berliner Lager versendet. Wir bitten um Verständnis, falls eure Pakete nicht innerhalb von 24 Stunden versendet und vor eurer Haustür liegen. Sie kommen aber in jedem Fall an und werden auch sehr gut gepolstert, versprochen!
Ja, prinzipiell ist das möglich, jedoch nur innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Mosaik-Werkstätten. Hierzu bitten wir dich uns zu kontaktieren um einen Abholtermin zu vereinbaren.
Keine Sorge! Unsere Artikel sind neuverpackt und in der Regel ungeöffnet. Die Ausnahme bilden die blindverpackten Trading Figuren, welche wir öffnen und sortieren müssen, da der Inhalt ansonsten nicht einsehbar ist.
Nein. Artikel mit der Information Vorbesteller müssen nicht sofort bezahlt werden, die Bezahlung ist erst kurz vor dem Versand erforderlich. Wir schreiben Dich an sobald der Artikel verfügbar bzw. in Zulauf ist, ab dem Moment hast du 7 Tage zeit die Bestellung zu bezahlen. Falls innerhalb der 7 Tage keine Zahlung eingeht, wird die Bestellung storniert.

Die Lieferung der Ware erfolgt weltweit.
Versandkosten (inklusive gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer)
Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands
Wir berechnen die Versandkosten pauschal mit 4,90 € pro Bestellung.
Ab einem Bestellwert von 100,00 € liefern wir versandkostenfrei.
Lieferungen ins Ausland
Wir berechnen die Versandkosten ins Ausland pauschal wie folgt:
Europa (innerhalb der EU) Pauschal: 12,90 EUR
Europa (Nicht-EU-Länder) Pauschal: 24,90 EUR (Netto 20,92 EUR)
Weltweit (restliche Länder) Pauschal: 39,90 EUR (Netto 33,53 EUR)
Lieferfristen
Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware in Deutschland innerhalb von 1 - 3 Tagen, bei Auslandslieferungen innerhalb von 6 - 12 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Zahlungsanweisung).
Beachten Sie, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.
Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Sie bestellt haben.
Bei Selbstabholung informieren wir Sie per E-Mail über die Bereitstellung der Ware und die Abholmöglichkeiten. In diesem Fall werden keine Versandkosten berechnet.
